手染めおよび海外製品についてご理解の無い方、記載の点が許容出来ない方や、完璧な質をお求めの方、細かな部分まで気になる方は、購入をお控えください。

当店の商品ほとんどが海外製品のため、日本製品とは品質が異なります。

日本並みの品質要求やクレームは対応できかねますので、安価な海外製品であることを十分にご理解して頂ける方のみご注文願います。

・思っていたのと違った。

・前買ったときとは変わっている。

などの理由でも返品出来かねますので、予めご了承ください。

パーツの一部が大きく欠けていたり、リボンなどに穴が空いていたり、明らかに不良品と思える場合は、見落としの可能性もありますので、ご連絡ください。

仕入れや染色から販売、梱包に発送作業まで全て1人で行っております。

Please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand hand-dyed or foreign products, cannot accept the points listed, are seeking perfect quality, or are concerned about the details.

Most of our products are made overseas, so the quality is different from Japanese products.

We cannot respond to Japanese-level quality demands or complaints, so please order only if you fully understand that this is an inexpensive overseas product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any reason.

If a part is missing a large part, there is a hole in the ribbon, etc., or if the item appears to be clearly defective, please contact us as we may have overlooked it.

I do everything by myself, from purchasing and dyeing to sales, packaging, and shipping.

・撮影時の天候や照明の有無、お使いのモニターによって、実物と違って見える場合があります。

・商品の在庫は他店舗と共有しているため、在庫数の更新が間に合わず、ご購入いただいた商品が欠品となってしまう可能性がございます。
その際は大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、予めご了承ください。

▷欠品の場合の対応について。

¥1000以上の場合はご連絡した上で、ご指定口座にお振込みまたは同額分のクーポンを発行させて頂きます。

¥1000以下の場合は、他にご注文の商品がある場合は同額分の切手を同梱またはクーポンの発行または代替商品にてご対応致します。

他にご注文の商品が無い場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。

・全て人の手でカットしております。

中でも生地(特にチュール生地)は、歪みやズレがある場合がございます。

・中身の再確認や同梱などで、封を開ける場合があります。(その場合はテープが二重になっています。)

【リボンやレースなど布地素材】

複数購入の場合は出来るだけ繋げてお送りしますが、カットされている場合もあります。

途中で切れていたり、結び目や繋ぎ目がある場合がございます。

折れや形崩れがある場合もございます。

サイズや幅について、ロットでの差、カラーでの差など、個体差があります。

またチュールの場合は手触りが異なる事があります。

プリントまたは装飾のズレや歪み・ほつれ・形崩れ・折れ・カットミスなどがある場合があります。

同じ1本でも端と端で幅が異なったり、うねりの強さがロットやカラー、または左右で異なる事があります。

ご注文数量または元々数量の多い商品(ロール巻のものなど)は、特性上細やかな検品が出来ませんので、上記理由の返品交換は出来かねますこと、予めご了承下さい。

【デコパーツやビーズなどプラスチック系資材・雑貨】

ロットやカラーによる材質・形状・絵柄・色及び寸法等の違い、バリ、樹脂の付着、気泡(穴)、小さな傷や汚れ、ホコリの付着、ペイントのズレ、などがあります。

許容範囲を超える酷いものは検品時に外しておりますが

※裏面や側面の検品基準は甘めで、裏面については大きなガタつきがなければOKとしています。

また、10mm以下の小さなパーツやビーズは、細かな検品が出来ておりませんので、万が一不良品があった場合もご容赦くださいますよう、お願い致します。

素材の匂い、加工による匂いがある場合がございます。

If you are purchasing multiple items, we will try our best to connect them and send them, but some items may be cut.

It may be cut in the middle, or there may be knots or seams.

There may be bends or loss of shape.

There are individual differences in size and width, including differences between lots and colors.

Also, in the case of tulle, there may be slight differences.

There may be misalignment, distortion, fraying, deformation, bending, or cutting errors in the print or decoration.

Even with the same piece, there may be width from one end to the other, and the strength of the undulations may differ depending on the lot, color, or left and right sides.

Please note that due to the characteristics of products that are ordered in large quantities or that have a large original quantity (such as rolled products), we cannot take the utmost care, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the above reasons.

[Plastic materials and miscellaneous goods such as decorations and parts]

There may be differences in material, shape, design, color, dimensions, etc. depending on the lot or color, burrs, resin adhesion, air bubbles (holes), small scratches and dirt, dust adhesion, paint misalignment, etc.

There are terrible things that exceed the acceptable range, but they are outside the acceptable range.

*The auditing standards for the back and side surfaces are lenient, requiring large wobbles on the back side.

In addition, small parts and beads of 10 mm or less have been thoroughly inspected, so please forgive us if there is a defective item.

There may be a smell due to processing.

全て手作業で1種類(糸は1綛)ずつ染めております。

同じ品番でも、ロット(綛)によって色合いが多少異なる場合がございます。

また同じロットでも、色のピッチなど一定ではないため、在庫それぞれ色合いが若干異なる場合がございます。

上記のことから手染め製品は再販無し、在庫限りの取り扱いとなります。

摩擦や水濡れで色落ちする場合があります。

基本的にはお洗濯には向きませんが、どうしてもされる場合は、中性洗剤またはおしゃれ着洗剤で優しく手洗い(押し洗い)し、陰干しでお願いします。

洗剤は、中性洗剤またはおしゃれ着洗剤がオススメです。

染色の際、摩擦による色落ちを防ぐための処理は行っておりますが、完全に防ぐわけではありません。

手染めのため、市販品よりお取り扱いに注意が必要です。

製造の時点でついた匂い、染料や染色剤の匂いが残っている場合ありますので、気になる場合は袋から出して数日置いてください。(完全に消すのは難しいです)

また手染め商品は柔軟剤を使用しておりますので、柔軟剤の匂いがあります。

素材の匂いがある場合もございます。
